A cozy stay with friendly staff

The warm welcome from reception staff set the tone for our stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast choices were extensive and satisfying. Proximity to public transport was a bonus.

The lack of a coffee machine downstairs was disappointing, especially for night owls craving a late-night drink. the wifi could be quite unreliable, causing inconveniences during our stay.

Wifi was slow, frustrating during work meetings.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay, especially the spacious and comfortable Junior Suite, which exceeded our expectations in cleanliness. the breakfast setup could use a little more attention. I'd definitely come back again!

I enjoyed my stay while attending a Borussia Dortmund match. The staff made me feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to provide match tickets. The breakfast offered a delightful spread, fueling my day ahead. Just a short stroll to the stadium made it even better!

The room was spacious and comfortable, ideally located just a short walk from the Messe. The attentive staff made for a pleasant experience, though the lack of nearby eateries was a downside.

dear Steigenberger, while my Junior Suite was somewhat spacious, I was appalled by the lack of a coffee machine downstairs—seriously, is that too much to ask? also, the wifi was ridiculously awful, making it impossible to get any work done. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it. #sofrustrating

at steigenberger, we had a great time with spacious rooms and friendly reception staff. the hotel is close to the exposition grounds, which is perfect for us. we loved the open-air swimming pool and refreshing cocktails at the pool bar—it was an unforgettable experience.
